Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any signs of wear or damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
